Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct live online training sessions for CCNA and CCNP tracks.

2. Create and deliver engaging training content, labs, and assessments.

3. Mentor and guide learners throughout their certification journey.

4. Continuously update training materials based on the latest Cisco curriculum and industry trends.

5. Provide technical support and resolve learners\ queries during and after sessions.

6. Assist in designing course structures, mock exams, and hands-on labs.

7. Collaborate with the curriculum team to enhance the overall learning experience

Job Role and Responsibilities:

1. You will be responsible for Understanding career requirements of the participant and counsel to offer subject matter expertise for specific courses.
2. Respond to inquiries from participant related to programs offered by PyNet Labs.
3. Working experience in the enterprise Education Industry.
4. Ability and exposure to communicating with participants and able to convert the inquiries.
5. Telephonic follow-ups, and closure of prospects.
6. Able to think multiple Solutions and clarifying doubts of participants.
7. Able to establish effective communication with the participants.
8. There will be calling target, Candidate have to take more than 50+ calls in a day.

2. Excellent communication and leadership Skills.
3. Ability to plan, multitask and manage time effectively
4. Good computer and database knowledge.
