Key Responsibilities:

ü  Network Infrastructure Management

• Configure and optimize Cisco Viptela SD-WAN, including service/transport VPNs and plane policies.
• Manage Meraki & Cisco networks:
• Routing: BGP, OSPF protocols.
• Switching: Layer 2/Layer 3 configurations, VLAN segmentation, FHRP protocols.
• Wireless: Meraki Wireless networks for optimal performance and coverage.
• Oversee Fortinet Firewall security, including IPS/IDS, FortiCloud, SSL VPN, and IPSec tunnels

ü  Incident Management & Network Operations

• Lead the resolution of P0/P1 incidents as an Individual Contributor (IC).
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Network Operations Center (NOC), developing SOPs and knowledge base documents.
• Optimize network monitoring tools, configure traps/alerts, and refine false alerts.

ü  Network Automation & AI-Driven Operations

• Implement AI-powered automation for network configurations, provisioning, and incident resolution.
• Leverage AI-driven security for threat detection, intrusion prevention, and real-time response.
• Utilize AI analytics for performance optimization, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
• Enhance incident management using AI for ticket triaging, root cause analysis, and resolution recommendations.

ü  Security & Compliance

• Develop and enforce network security policies, manage access control, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Work with InfoSec teams to evaluate threats and maintain cybersecurity standards.

ü  Collaboration & Optimization

• Ensure seamless server and device integration within the network infrastructure.
• Ensure backups and restores mechanisms for reliability.
• Optimize Network performance, working across teams for best performance.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

ü  Technical Expertise

• Proficiency in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPN, VLAN segmentation.
• Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong knowledge of Zero Trust Security models.

ü  Preferred Certifications

• Cisco CCNP ENCOR
• Meraki CMNA/CMNO
• Fortinet NSE4/NSE7

ü  Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen analytical mindset.
• Excellent documentation skills and a focus on process improvement.
