Job Responsibilities: 

·      Expert-level knowledge of Routing & Switching.

·      Candidate with good troubleshooting Skills.

·      Good Understanding of LAN, WAN, WLAN, BGP, MPLS, OSPF, EIGRP,

X-VPN.

·      Knowledge of SD-WAN is an added advantage.

·      Providing in-depth technical support to customers through monitoring, localization, and remote repair.

·      Perform quality checks on customer equipment to ensure all configurations meet required compliance standards as well as both customer and company security policies.

·      Candidate with good communication skills required.

·      Candidate should be ready to work in a 24/7 shift.
