Qualification –  B.E,B.tech(C.S/I.T) or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

1. Network Deployment and Implementation

• Install, configure, and support network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.
• Manage and execute network deployment projects, ensuring that installations meet company standards, performance, and security requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations, procedures, and best practices.

2. Project Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Infrastructure Engineers, Information Security, and Local Operations Staff) to understand project requirements and contribute to successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders to ensure proper equipment delivery, system integrations, and troubleshooting support.
• Collaborate with M&A teams to assess the network infrastructure of target companies during due diligence.
• Develop integration plans for merging network environments, addressing potential conflicts, and ensuring seamless operations.

3. System Monitoring and Troubleshooting

• Provide level 2 support for issues related to latency, bandwidth, and connectivity.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and support root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Identify potential network vulnerabilities and security risks during M&A due diligence.
• Implement security measures to protect the merged network infrastructure.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, 802.1x).
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar networking hardware.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure tools (SolarWinds, Netbox, etc.) and scripting for automation (Python, PowerShell).
• Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.
