Job Opening for Network Operations Engineer

Position –  Network Operations Engineer 

Qualification –  Any Graduate
Certification- Global CCNA certification
Note- Candidates who are in Bangalore would get preference

Key Responsibilities:

·      Monitor network performance using company-provided monitoring and alerting tools

·      Handle incident management, ensuring timely identification and resolution of issues

·      Coordinate with carriers and circuit providers for outage resolution, new circuit provisioning, and decommissioning

·      Ensure timely ticket updates and work towards faster resolution of network issues

·      Work on various network products such as Cisco, Nexus, Arista, FortiGate, Palo Alto, and F5

·      Candidates should be comfortable with flexible shifts 

·      Excellent Communication skills are a must
