Roles & Responsibilities
Position – Technical Manager – IoT Device Cybersecurity (BIS Team)
Location – Gurugram, Haryana
Notice Period – Immediate to 15 days
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage the technical team for CCTV and IoT device cybersecurity testing as per BIS requirements.
· Oversee lab operations and ensure full compliance with ISO 17025 standards.
· Develop and implement testing methodologies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements.
· Supervise security assessments, vulnerability testing, and penetration testing activities.
· Review and approve detailed test reports with findings and recommendations.
· Stay current on cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, regulations, and industry best practices.
· Guide and support team members on technical issues.
· Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver effective testing solutions.
· Drive continuous improvement in lab operations, tools, and testing techniques.
Requirement
· Solid knowledge of cybersecurity principles, vulnerabilities, and threat vectors.
· Strong understanding of ISO 17025 accreditation and compliance standards.
· Proven experience in managing technical teams and laboratory operations.
· Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and documentation skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
· Relevant certifications (CISSP, CEH, OSCP) are an advantage.
Preferred Qualification:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in laboratory operations or 3 years in cybersecurity testing.
· Experience with network protocols (Wi-Fi, Ethernet).
· Familiarity with hardware protocols (UART, I2C, JTAG).
· Exposure to CCTV/IP camera research and development.
· Practical expertise in hardware hacking and reverse engineering
. Knowledge of secure coding practices and threat modeling.
