Position –  Network Engineer & Senior Network Engineer

Experience – 5 to 10 years

Required Expertise:

·      Strong understanding of routing protocols: OSPF, EIGRP, BGP.

·      Hands-on experience with VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, HSRP/VRRP.

·      Experience with Cisco SD-WAN (vManage, vSmart, vBond).

·      Aruba Wireless configuration and troubleshooting.

·      Basic understanding of network security principles.

·      ITIL process awareness and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).

Key Responsibilities:

·      Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise-grade routers and switches (Cisco Catalyst/Nexus).

·      Deploy and manage Cisco SD-WAN solutions across branch and datacenter environments.

·      Implement and support Aruba wireless infrastructure including APs and controllers.

·      Monitor network performance and proactively resolve issues to ensure optimal uptime.

·      Participate in change management, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.

·      Assist in network documentation, SOP creation, and knowledge base updates

.  Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for hardware/software upgrades and support.
