Hiring Alert: Network Operations Engineers

Location – Gurugram

Notice Period-Up to 30Days

Required Expertise:

·      Strong expertise in networking (Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Wireless – Cisco/Palo Alto preferred).

·      Experience with servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud platforms.

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ITIL-based tools (ServiceNow helpful).

·      Hands-on with observability/monitoring tools (Elastic, LogicMonitor, SolarWinds).

·      Elastic Observability experience strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Monitor and manage customer networks and IT infrastructure.

·      Handle incidents via ITIL-based ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred).

·      Troubleshoot and escalate network/infrastructure issues (Servers – Windows/Linux/Unix, Backup, Cloud, O365, etc.).

·      Coordinate with carriers and vendors for network and circuit issues.

·      Perform operational network tasks (IOS upgrades, switchport configs) following SOPs and Run Books.

·      Ensure timely resolution and documentation of tickets, changes, and service requests. 

·      Collaborate with client teams, vendors, and internal engineers for incident resolution.

·      Maintain documentation and support knowledge sharing within the team.
