Qualification- B.Tech/B.E, BCA, B.Sc (CS/IT) or equivalent
Notice Period -Immediate to 30 Days

Required Expertise:

·      In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and other networking protocols.

·      Expertise with routing and switching (e.g., Cisco IOS, Junos, Arista EOS, etc.).

·      Experience with network security technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).

·      Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, etc.).

·      Strong understanding of WAN technologies, including MPLS, SD-WAN, and VPN tunneling.

·      Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

·      Knowledge of network automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Python scripting) is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Troubleshoot & resolve complex L2/L3, routing, switching, security, and WAN/LAN/WLAN issues; handle L1/L2 escalations.

·      Monitor network health, optimize performance, and proactively address bottlenecks/outages.

·      Configure & deploy routers, switches, firewalls, and access points per best practices and security policies.

·      Lead incident response, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.

·      Maintain documentation, SOPs, and share knowledge with junior engineers.

·      Ensure security & compliance with standards; mitigate vulnerabilities in coordination with security teams.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and service providers for integrated solutions.

·      Support change management with risk/impact analysis and assist in upgrades.
