Roles & Responsibilities
Hiring Alert: Teams Computer is looking for a Lead Network Engineer (L2–L3)
Qualification: Graduate (B.E/B.Tech preferred)
Experience – 8+ years (minimum 5 years in enterprise-level implementation & troubleshooting)
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead a team of Routing, Switching, and Wireless engineers for greenfield deployments and migration projects.
· Design, implement, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure.
· Hands-on experience in L2/L3 switching, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), and STP, VLANs, VTP, HSRP/VRRP/GLBP.
· Implement and manage wireless solutions including controller-based and cloud-managed setups
· Deployment and integration of NAC solutions using Cisco ISE and Aruba ClearPass.
· Work on multi-vendor environments (Cisco, Aruba preferred) and ensure smooth interoperability.
· Perform network migration from legacy to modern infrastructures with minimal downtime.
· Develop and enforce best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and documentation.
· Mentor and guide team members, manage workload distribution, and ensure timely project delivery.
· Collaborate with customers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful deployments.
· Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for resolving complex network issues.
