Freshers Hiring Alert: Ubiquiti is looking for Technical Support!
Qualification: B.E,B.Tech,BCA or equivalent
Required Expertise:
· Strong written & verbal English
· Familiarity with Ubiquiti products (preferred, not mandatory)
· Knowledge of networking basics: IP, DHCP, VLANs, DNS, PoE, WiFi standards (e.g., WiFi 6), VPNs
· Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
· Good judgment, prioritization, and flexibility for rotational shifts/weekends. Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Key Responsibilities:
· Become a product expert in Wireless, Routing & Switching, Security/VPNs, Cameras, VoIP, and Door Access Systems.
· Proactively learn via documentation, feedback, and independent research.
· Provide personalized support via live chat, ensuring clear resolutions and user understanding.
· Collect and qualify user information to assist advanced support and improve products.
· Prioritize requests based on severity and impact.
· Deliver fast, insightful responses as a brand advocate.
· Flag anomalies in software/hardware to Support Leads or Product teams.
· Perform hands-on testing with lab equipment to reproduce issues and suggest improvements.
· Stay updated on the latest Ubiquiti products and features.
