Profile: L1 Support Executive
Qualification: Graduates / Diploma BE

Required Skills:

·      Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolution

·      Proficiency in network monitoring and technical troubleshooting, CCNA Trained

·      Perform advanced troubleshooting over the call with customers

·      Monitor network performance using tools/systems

·      Coordinate with Field & NOC teams for issue resolution

·      Escalate technical issues to the concerned departments

·      Keep customers informed and updated on progress
