Job Locations: Bangalore and Pune

Key Responsibilities:

·      Provide L1 support for WAN, LAN, VPN, and wireless network issues.

·      Troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless controllers.

·      Monitor and triage alerts, escalating to L2 teams when needed.

·      Perform basic configurations, connectivity checks, and health monitoring.

·      Log and document incidents, ensuring timely updates and resolution.

·      Follow SOPs and runbooks for routine operational tasks.

·      Hands-on with routers, switches, firewalls (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet preferred).

·      Collect logs/configs for escalation to higher support levels.

·      Work in 24x7 rotational shifts with proper handovers and coordination.

·      Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for ticket follow-ups.
