Note: Willingness to travel( PAN India) and work in field support roles

Responsibilities:

·      Experience or knowledge of satellite communication systems

·      Understanding of baseband systems, satellite topology, and access technologies

·      Technical support in networking: WAN, LAN, routers, firewalls, NAS, servers, etc.

·      Proficiency in Server management, Microsoft OS, Linux OS

·      Responding to alerts, tickets, and customer support requests

·      Site visits for maintenance and support at customer and NOC locations

·      Advanced troubleshooting and communication skills

·      Maintenance of system configuration documentation
