Profile: Network Support Engineer L2
Location: Noida
Notice Period: 30 days
Required Skills:
· Strong troubleshooting skills across Layer 1 to Layer 4.
· Solid understanding of Routing & Switching concepts including TCP/IP, VLAN, and STP.
· Basic hands-on experience with Firewalls and VPN technologies.
· Practical experience working with Cisco and Aruba network devices.
· Good knowledge of CLI, log analysis, and network monitoring tools.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle L2 incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and support P1/P2 outage recovery.
· Configure, manage, and support network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
· Monitor network performance and ensure optimal network availability.
· Provide escalation support to the L1 team and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
· Manage network changes, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with standards.
