Key Responsibilities: 
·       Install, configure, and maintain network switches, routers, and firewalls.
·       Monitor network performance and ensure reliability, availability, and security.
·       Troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues and provide timely resolution.
·       Manage VLANs, routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF), and network security configurations.
·       Perform regular network health checks, updates, and patch management.
·       Support users on network-related issues and escalate complex problems when required.
·       Maintain documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and SOPs.
·       Assist in network upgrade, migration, and improvement projects.
·     Ensure compliance with organizational IT and security policies.

Required Skills:

·       The candidate should have good knowledge of racks, routers, switches, firewalls, networking, UPS systems, etc.
·       Valid CCNA Global Certified
·       Hands-on experience with Cisco devices.
·       Good communication skills
