Key Responsibilities:

·       Perform network operations, implementation, and support activities across enterprise and data center environments.

·       Design, configure, deploy, and troubleshoot routing, switching, and network security solutions.

·       Manage and optimize routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, and EIGRP.

·       Implement and support data center switching solutions using Cisco Nexus 7K / 9K platforms.

·       Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Wireless infrastructure, including Cisco WLCs, Access Points, and WAN Optimizers.

·       Implement and support SD-WAN solutions such as Versa and Cisco Viptela.

·       Configure and maintain Site-to-Site VPN tunnels on Palo Alto Firewalls.

·       Perform Bug Scrubbing, root cause analysis, and preventive maintenance activities.

·       Support Load Balancers and enterprise security devices to ensure network stability and performance.

·       Conduct Capacity Management and IP Address Audits to ensure optimal network utilization.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth network operations and service delivery.

·       Prepare and maintain network documentation and operational reports.
