Required Skills:

·       Experience with Python and network automation tools/technologies.

·       Knowledge of MPLS, VPLS, AWS networking, and on‑premises data center connectivity.

·       Hands-on experience as a Network/Systems Engineer or similar role.

·       CCNA/CCNP-level knowledge; CCNP certification highly preferred.

·       Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, AD, DHCP, routing, switching, and application data flows.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·       Strong customer service mindset and stakeholder management skills.

·       Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

    Key Responsibilities:

·       Maintain and support LAN/WAN networking, including TCP/IP, DNS, Active Directory (AD), DHCP, routing, and switching.

·       Troubleshoot network issues, incidents, and outages on time.

·       Configure and install network hardware and software components.

·       Monitor network performance, capacity, and health, and take proactive actions.

·       Document network configurations, changes, and standard operating procedures.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network solutions.
