Certification: CCNP (R&S) or equivalent (Preferred)

Required Skills:-

·       Strong in Routing & Switching, TCP/IP

·       Experience with enterprise/telco-grade networks

·       Knowledge of AWS networking

·       Strong understanding of OSPF, BGP, MPLS

·       Expertise in multi-vendor network troubleshooting (L2/L3)

·       Experience managing large-scale labs (50+ network elements)

·       Background in Network Engineering / Lab Ops / Integration roles

·       Strong communication, coordination & stakeholder management

·       Ownership mindset with ability to balance governance & delivery
 

Good to Have:

·       Experience in Telco / NFV / CNF / Cloud networking

·       Exposure to firewalls, security tools & automation

·       Prior role as Lab Lead / Network SME / Integration Lead

Key Responsibilities:-

·       Own end-to-end lab governance & gatekeeping

·       Act as SPOC for lab access, usage, readiness & stability

·       Ensure lab availability aligned with project timelines

·       Manage lab inventory, topology, access & documentation

·       Perform hands-on troubleshooting (Routing & Switching – L2/L3)

·       Resolve issues across VLANs, VRFs, BGP, OSPF, NAT & firewalls

·       Support integration, testing, demos & critical activities

·       Coordinate with customer teams (IP allocation, routing, firewall, access)

·       Track, follow up & escalate delivery risks/dependencies

·  Communicate lab health, risks & status to stakeholders/leadership
